The course is tailored for professionals, practitioners, parents, and carers looking to understand or master strategies in dealing with cyber trauma.

3. What are the 3 learning pathways offered in this course?

Standard Certificate Course: Ideal for gaining foundational knowledge of cyber trauma.

Train the Trainer Course: Perfect for those who aspire to teach and guide others in this field.

Cyber Trauma Flexi Course: A self-paced, online option suitable for learners who prefer flexibility in their study schedule, without attending live sessions. This course allows access to recorded material and includes a certificate in Online Training upon completion.

4. How is the course delivered?

The course is delivered through engaging Zoom sessions, blending theory and practical application, and your questions answered in the session, and is led by Catherine Knibbs.

5. What is the schedule for the courses?

Both courses start on 21st February 2024. 

The Certificate Course has one-hour sessions each month, while the Train the Trainer Course has two-hour sessions monthly.

6. Is there an exclusive discount for previous customers?

8. What if I miss a session due to holidays or illness?

You can continue with the course. Course notes and recordings will be provided for any sessions missed. 

9. Can I upgrade from the Standard Certificate to the Train the Trainer course?

Yes, you can upgrade by paying the difference to the full price of the Train the Trainer course.

10. How long does each course last? - Each course runs for 8 months, with monthly sessions of 1 or 2 hours, depending on the course. The Flexi has no time line as it is self-paced.

11. Will I receive a certificate at the end of the course? - Yes, all participants who complete the courses will receive a certificate.

12. Can I still complete the course if I can't attend the live sessions? - Yes, you can complete the course even if you cannot attend the live sessions. However we do encourage you to attend 80% of live sessions. The sessions will be recorded, allowing you to access the content at your convenience.

13. What type of certificate will I receive if I take the course via recorded sessions? - Participants who complete the course through recorded sessions will receive a certificate in Online Training. Those attending the live sessions will receive a Training Trauma Certificate.

14. Is there a difference in the number of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours between live and recorded sessions? - Yes, participants attending the live training sessions will accrue more CPD hours due to the interactive nature of these sessions.

15. Will interactive discussions from live sessions be recorded? - No, the interactive discussions during live sessions will not be recorded. Participants who are unable to attend the live sessions will not have access to these discussions.
